Napping
Over consumption can intense, if you feel like falling asleep then go take a nap. If you cant fall alseep, and your existing in a state, it may be a good idea to try some of these other techniques.
Eating
If you over consume weed it can be a good idea to eat. It can help to regulate your blood sugar and pump some dopamine into your body.
Water
Drink lots of it, and keep it near by.
Music
Stress can kick in when you over consume weed, but a good beat can help bring you back. It can also help prevent parinoa.
Tip: Try to avoid sad/ negative songs. Your particularly sensitive to these types of outside factors when you're high.
Exercise
Not only can it prevent bad trips, it can help you get back on your feet if you have over consumed.
When you over consumer you can have a high blood pressure and heart rate while still feeling in a lull, creating an unpleasant experience. Walking can help regulate and stabilize the body.
As a stoner, going for a walk is one of the first things I do if I think I may have over consumed.
Tip: If you cant go for a walk, try and get your blood moving in other ways. For example, get up and clean or, if your in an uber, lift your knees off the ground.
